11kk bet does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply their own transaction fees — this is beyond 11kk bet's control.

If a transaction appears suspicious or raises concerns about money laundering, 11kk bet reserves the right to temporarily hold the withdrawal and conduct an investigation. The member involved will be contacted through support during this process.

The following rules apply when placing bets on 11kk bet:

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled — except where the cash-out option is available.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50. Maximum limits vary by event and category.
• Bets are accepted once the odds are confirmed. If odds change due to a server issue, 11kk bet reserves the right to cancel or revise the bet.
• Pre-match bets are no longer accepted once a match has kicked off.

11kk bet takes a firm stance against betting fraud, match-fixing, and any other dishonest activity. If a bet appears suspicious, 11kk bet may place it under review and cancel it if necessary.

11kk bet is not responsible for missed live bets caused by internet connectivity issues. Please ensure a stable connection before placing any live bets.

11kk bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own detailed terms, but certain general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer may only be used once, unless stated otherwise.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within a set time limit — bonuses will be forfeited if the deadline is not met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.

11kk bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. However, bonuses that have already been claimed and are currently active will not be cancelled mid-way.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 11kk bet. Any violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Registering with false identity information or under someone else's identity.
• Use of betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing or attempting to hack another member's account.
• Spreading false or harmful information about 11kk bet.

For any of the violations above, 11kk bet reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and pursue legal action if necessary.

11kk bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• If KYC verification details do not match.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If a member voluntarily requests self-exclusion.
• Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.

Inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months) may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50, deducted from the available balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be marked as inactive.

• Deposit Limit: Any member may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You may contact support to request a temporary or permanent break.

• Cooling-Off Period: You may take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
